Dazhalan Street is one of the busiest shopping streets in Beijing, known for its silk shops, antique stores, and the most famous Chinese traditional medicine pharmacy, Tongren-tan. Grand theaters and cinemas can also be found in Dazhalan, as can the biggest Beijing Opera houses.
