Yoyoor Unveils New EZphone Service and Revamps Product Names

Yoyoor (www.yoyoor.com) recently unveiled its EZphone service for budget travelers and for those who make long-term visits to China. EZphone is a pay-as-you-go mobile rental service with no rental fees; subscribers only pay for the calls that they make and there is no minimum talk time. With EZphone, Yoyoor has broadened its service reach to include an even wider audience.

Yoyoor's New Product Names

In light of this new service offering, Yoyoor has also changed the names of its earlier services to better reflect the needs of their typical customer base. Yoyoor's previous Smart Phone service has now been changed to TripPal, with both TripPal Elite and TripPal Classic packages to meet different users' requirements. Travel-lite is now known as EZconnect, and the services have stayed the same as before.

Regardless of whether a subscriber chooses EZphone, TripPal or EZconnect, all customers get free access to Yoyoor's live bilingual Call Center, which is the centerpiece of Yoyoor's services.

Subscribers can take advantage of the call center to answer any questions that may arise during their visit to China, or to receive help with translation, reservations, and other practical matters.
